What actually happens on the free Creative Audit call?
It's 20 minutes. We spend the first few minutes on your business, then walk through where your creative time is going across graphics, video, and social. You'll get a Creative Load Score (1–10 for each pillar), a clear recommendation for which one to fix first, and indicative hours and pricing. Within 24 hours, you'll get a written summary by email. No pressure to buy anything.
Are your specialists based in the Philippines? Will there be a language barrier?
Yes, our specialists are based in the Philippines. No, there is no language barrier. Every specialist is trained specifically for AU, NZ, and UK service businesses, with strong written English and an understanding of your market's tone and expectations. We've had plenty of clients tell us they were sceptical about offshore — and then said the quality was better than what they were producing themselves.
What if it doesn't work out?
No lock-in contracts, ever. If it's not working, you cancel with 14 days' notice. We'd rather part ways cleanly than have a client who isn't getting value. That said, if something's not working, we always try to fix it first — most of the time it's a scope or brief issue that a quick conversation sorts out.
How long before I actually see work being produced?
Five business days from the start of onboarding. Your specialist is trained on your brand, tools, and tone during that week. Day 6 onwards, deliverables start landing in your inbox. Most clients see their first batch of social posts, edited videos, or design assets within the first fortnight.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
Whatever you use. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Later, Hootsuite, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite — the list goes on. If your current stack is a mess, we'll help you tidy it. If you've got no stack, we'll set one up.
Do I need to already have a marketing strategy in place?
No. Most of our clients come to us with a vague sense of what they want and no clear plan. Part of the audit call is helping you get clarity on what to focus on first. You bring the vision. We handle the execution.
